3D CAD Programming … The work center is Amada SheetWorks. Amada SheetWorks is a 3D CAD which was developed specifically for sheet metal fabrication based on SolidWorks.
2D CAD/CAM Programming … The work center is Amada AP-100.
CNC Turret Punch Press Operation … The work centers are Amada PEGA 357 and COMA 557.
CNC Press Brake Operation … The work centers are Amada FBD8025 and FBD 1253, both are on-line and data on the server are used for actual fabrication.
Welding … TIG/MIG welding.
Web Designing … in-house web designer using Word Press.
